- Learner's Unabridged Birth Certificate
- Learner's Latest School Report
- ID of both parents of the enrolling Learner
- Guardian's ID of enrolling Learner (If applicable)
- Guardian's copy of Court ruling (If above is applicable)
- Recent Passport sized photograph of Learner
- Proof of earnings (latest pay slip/ bank statement)
- Finance Clearance Certificate
- Proof of residential address - rates/water/lights account, a lease agreement, or deed of sale (an affidavit is not acceptable proof of residence)
