KZN Provincial Debating Tournament

Three Northlands Girls’ High School Debating Learners took part in the KZN Provincial Tournament held at Northwood School from 24-26 July 2026. They were Saanvi Chitra, Yonga Rozani and Isiphile Ngubane. The Learners did exceptionally well with their thought-provoking debates and powerful arguments. Isiphile’s Team successfully won gold, winning the Senior plate. Yonga’s Team came 2nd in the Open Senior Final. NGHS is delighted to share the news that Yonga Rozani has also been selected for the KZN Debating squad for a second year in a row.
Congratulations to these phenomenal young ladies and their mentors: Ms Fouchè, Mr Essop and Mrs Fouchè.
